You're on your way 💛
Hey hey,
A short reminder for you, in case you need it, because I did this week.
You're on your way, which is where you're supposed to be. You're not on my way. You're not on your competition's way or your partner's way. You're on your way. It's only yours. Bask in the process, the change, the fact that nothing is forever, anytime you can.
Sometime's it's as simple as telling myself that. I hope it can help for you too.
Take care of yourself this week.
And finally, part two of sharing a few of the products I've bought and truly loved this year (prices all under $150). This week, my workout staples:
For The Assembly classes, you'll usually find me in OV TechSweat (and snuggled up in my megafleece after).
For outdoor runs, I love supporting Oiselle, a for women by women running brand, and the pocket jogger tights have spots to stash all the things.
My favorite shoes for classes like STRONGER are The Henry from York Athletics out of Boston. These also came with a sweaty shoe bag that I use every single day for clothes, shoes, and anything I want to keep compartmentalized in my backpack.
Playa Dry Shampoo for those days when the post-class freshen up doesn't include a full hair wash. It. Smells. So. Good. (And it does the trick.)
After a mid-day face wash when I'm not doing a whole morning or night routine, I always finish with the True Botanicals Renew Nutrient Mist.
Take care of yourself and I hope to see you soon.
xo,
Molly
